coming in
last night i was on vacation with my family. once we got to the beach we quickly hopped into the water, which was wavy and seemed dangerous. the water was cold blue. i didn't know how dangerous though until the waves became bigger and i could see a giant one in the horizon. my father said 'this one can harm you' and we ducked, i let the giant wave drag me inside it and when it was gone i started looking for my brother and sister. they were still laying on the ground, recovering from the blow. back in the water, another wave came in, almost as strong and when it reached the shore it turned bloody red. my father said 'that's how you know there's been some killing in the ocean'. the blood washed us and another wave started coming in, the biggest one. i knew what to do, i grabbed their hands and led them to the building nearby, it would keep us safe. once in the building, we could hear the crashing, so loud that the floor shook and from the window we could see people getting hit by rocks and falling birds. my sister was leaving to florence the next day. outside, the beach and the building were completely destroyed.
